Go to Google Places and do a search for your business. Not listed? Create a no-charge listing. You can add photos, video, coupons, etc. Make sure your listing is up to date and reflects what you are doing, your specialty, and your target market. If you’re a home-based business and don’t want to share your location, it allows you to state that you offer service at the client’s site, and to suppress your actual address.
